Easter

I've been meaning to update this for a few days now but havent got around to it. So, Easter, well it's REALLY cold and windy here right now so we didnt get to go out much over the weekend. On good friday we went to a treasure hunt at our ward. That was fun but far too cold to be walking around outside, the wind is just too strong! After the hunt we hooked up with Kirstie, Neil & the kids and went back to their house and got fish and chips. Kirstie and I went into Bridgnorth and did some shopping. Saturday we took Ben to the park and Sunday we pretty much spent at home as a family. Of course the Easter bunny came to visit Benjamin. He was so excited when he saw all his eggs. He got 4 big eggs and 3 little ones. He didnt know which one to start first.

John got some good news yesterday. He got a call from the recruitment team at the police telling him that they've finished doing all of his clearence checks and is able to start his training as an officer. We are so happy and relieved. He's been waiting for 4 years to hear those words. It has been his dream for so many years to become a policeman and now it's finally happening! He will be starting on 9th June. He should have been starting in April, but because he's already a CSO he's already done the 1st 6 weeks of the training. The training course is 36 weeks, so it's going to be a long & hard year for him. He is also doing a degree along side of it, so lots of studying and working. It's all going to be worth it in the end though :) I'm excited for him!

I've never seen a Cadbury button box so big. My mouth began to water.
Exciting news on the job! I am just so proud of you John. (and I think I have the most handsome brothers.)
